ビ・ライフ投資法人が第4期（平成19年11月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、10棟取得及び1棟売却を行い前期比18%増収となる一方、物件売却益の減少及び費用の増加等により前期比11%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,936円となった。第5期（平成20年5月期）は、4.5%増収となるも、物件売却益がなくなること及び平成19年に取得した物件の固都税費用計上により7.2%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
