ビ・ライフ投資法人が第3期（平成19年5月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、3棟取得及び2棟を売却を行い、当期純利益720百万円。物件売却益207百万円が寄与し、1口当たり分配金は14,619円となった。第4期（平成19年11月期）は、9棟取得及び1棟売却を予定。物件売却益が減少すること等により、前期比18%減益、1口当たり分配金は12,000円となる見通し。
