ビ・ライフ投資法人が第2期（平成18年11月期）決算を発表した。第2期の実質的な運用期間は、運用を開始した平成17年12月20日からの346日間。第2期は、上場前に2棟、上場時に12棟を取得。当期利益は730百万円、1口当たり分配金は17,337円と、中間決算発表時の予想を5.7%上回った。第3期（平成19年5月期）は、6ヶ月間の運用期間となる。決算と併せて発表した保有物件1棟の売却により、物件売却益を見込む。一方、平成18年に取得した物件の固都税の費用計上により、当期利益528百万円、1口当たり分配金は12,800円となる見通し。
