ビ・ライフ投資法人が第2期（平成17年12月～平成18年11月）の中間決算（平成17年12月～平成18年5月）を発表した。中間期の実質的な運用日数は、運用開始した平成17年12月20日からの163日間。中間期の当期利益進捗率は22.4%。業績予想の営業収益及び当期利益に修正はないが、上場時に第三者割当による投資口発行を行わず、発行済投資口数が当初予想より減少したため、第2期及び第3期の1口当たり予想分配金は従来予想に対し共に4.6%増加する。
