大和証券オフィス投資法人が、「Daiwa SHIBUYA EDGE」を売却する。 売却する物件は、渋谷区宇田川町にある、2006年竣工、9階建のオフィスビル。9月末時点の稼働率は100％であるが、簿価を+31.8％及び鑑定価格を+33.4％上回る価格で売却できる点から、売却を決定した。売却額は73.13億円。売却先は非開示。 これにより第35期（2023年5月期）に売却益1,518百万円が計上されるが、一部を内部留保する。業績予想への反映は、2023年1月公表予定の第34期（2022年11月期）決算発表時に併せて開示する。
