大和証券オフィス投資法人が自己投資口の取得を発表

大和証券オフィス投資法人（DOI）が、自己投資口の取得を行う。自己投資口の取得は、2018年以来2回目となる。取得する投資口数は上限8,000口（発行済投資口数の1.63％に相当）、取得総額は上限55億円。取得した投資口は全て第31期（2021年5月期）中に消却する予定。 これに伴い、スポンサーである大和証券グループ本社及び子会社による投資口保有比率は計40％以上となる予定。また自己投資口の取得状況次第で、大和証券グループ本社がDOIの投資口を追加取得することを発表。このため実質支配力基準により、DOIは3月末に大和証券グループ本社の連結子会社となる予定。 一方、投資口保有比率は50％を超えないため、DOIは導管性要件を満たし、運営への影響はなし。
