大和証券オフィス投資法人が、第29期（2020年5月期）決算を発表した。 第29期は「Daiwa中野坂上ビル」「日本橋セントラルスクエア」を取得する一方、「Daiwa神保町ビル」を売却した。既存物件の賃料増額、水光熱費の減少が寄与し、前期比3.5％増益、1口当たり分配金は13,595円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは60物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,631億円、有利子負債比率は42.0％。 なお、コロナ禍の影響として81件（全体の15.5％）のテナントより賃料支払猶予及び減額要請、飲食店等を中心に47件の解約通知を受けているが、修繕費のコストコントロールを行い、分配金水準は維持する構え。 第30期（2020年11月期）は、コロナ禍の影響により96百万円の減収を想定するが、既存物件の賃料増額、水光熱費収入の増加が寄与し、0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は13,700円となる見通し。 第31期（2021年5月期）は、コロナ禍に伴う減収に加え、大口テナントの退去、水光熱費収入の減少を想定するが、修繕費の調整を行い、1口当たり分配金は13,700円と前期予想と同水準を見込む。
