大和証券オフィス投資法人が、第27期（2019年5月期）決算を発表した。 第27期は、「笹塚サウスビル」「グラスシティ晴海」を取得、「Daiwa御成門ビル」を売却した。これに伴う賃貸収益や既存物件の賃料増額、物件売却益142百万円が寄与し、前期比7.1％増益。142百万円を内部留保とするも、1口当たり分配金は12,559円と前期を4.7％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは59物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,600億円、有利子負債比率は42.1％。 第28期（2019年11月期）は、住友不動産との交換取引で、住友不動産三田二丁目ビルを取得する一方、Daiwa大崎3丁目ビルを売却。物件売却益が減少するが、季節要因による水光熱費収入の増加や、グラスティ渋谷のテナント入替えに伴う賃料増、低稼働で取得したグラスティティ晴海のリースアップ等により、前期比1.2％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は13,000円と前期比3.5％増となる見通し。 第29期（2020年5月期）は、引き続き既存物件の賃料増加により、前期予想比1.5％増益を見込み、１口当たり分配金は13,200円となる見通し。
