大和証券オフィス投資法人が自己投資口の取得を発表

大和証券オフィス投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を行うことを発表した。 新宿マインズタワー一部及びDaiwa名駅ビルの売却に伴い、一時的に余剰資金300億円が発生。余剰資金の活用方法として、新規物件の取得、借入金の返済、自己投資口の取得を検討していたが、第一段階として、一部の資金を活用し自己投資口の取得を行う。 取得する投資口数は上限8,000口(発行済投資口数の1.6%に相当)、取得総額は50億円を上限とする。取得した投資口は全て第25期(平成30年5月期)に消却する予定。 なお、上限で取得及び消却した場合、第25期1口当たり分配金への影響は+140円と試算する。
