大和証券オフィス投資法人が、第23期（平成29年5月期）決算を発表した。 第23期は「新神田美倉町ビル」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなったため前期比減収となるが、修繕費や水光熱費、支払利息の減少等により0.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,764円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは54物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,693億円、有利子負債比率は42.2％。 第24期（平成29年11月期）は「コンカード横浜」を裏付資産とした匿名組合出資持分を取得。既存物件のテナント退去や固都税の増加を見込む一方、修繕費や支払利息の減少により、前期比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,770円となる見通し。 第25期（平成30年5月期）は、修繕費が増加するが、匿名組合出資の分配金や既存物件の増収、支払利息の減少により、前期予想比0.3％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,800円となる見通し。
