大和証券オフィス投資法人（DOI）が、横浜のオフィスビルを裏付資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。出資額は39.2億円（出資持分10％）。 対象の不動産は、JR横浜駅より徒歩5分に位置する、平成20年竣工、20階建のオフィスビル（共有持分75％）。鑑定価格は391億円。 DOIは匿名組合出資を行うとともに、本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。優先交渉権の行使期限は2018年7月。
