大和証券オフィス投資法人が、第22期（平成28年11月期）決算を発表した。 第22期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「平和日本橋ビル」等4物件の取得、「Daiwa九段ビル」の売却を行った。売却益が減少する一方、取得した物件の賃貸収益や、既存物件の賃料増額改定が寄与し、前期比1.4％増益。投資口数が2.9％増加するが、内部留保を行わないため、1口当たり分配金は10,695円と前期を1.8％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは53物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,677億円、有利子負債比率は42.3％。 第23期（平成29年5月期）は「新神田美倉町ビル」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなることや既存物件の稼働率低下により、営業利益ベースでは前期比0.6％減益を見込むが、投資口発行費用等の減少により、当期純利益は0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,700円となる見通し。 第24期（平成29年11月期）1口当たり分配金は10,710円となる見通し。
