大和証券オフィス投資法人が、第21期（平成28年5月期）決算を発表した。第21期は「日廣ビル」「キリン日本橋ビル」を取得する一方、「Daiwa渋谷道玄坂ビル」「Daiwa南船場ビル」を売却。賃貸収益の増加や差引323百万円の売却益が寄与し、前期比12％増益。売却益の一部を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は10,508円と前期を8.5％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは50物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,583億円、有利子負債比率は43.3％。 併せて投資口の追加発行を発表した。発行口数は12,700口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は1,300口。これにより発行後の投資口数は2.9％増の498,000口となる予定。調達額は80億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、都内のオフィスビル2棟、取得額は計47.42億円。 第22期（平成28年11月期）は、これら2物件に加え、6月に取得した「平和日本橋ビル」「スクエア代官山ビル」の賃貸収益、7月に売却した「Daiwa九段ビル」の売却益99百万円を計上予定。前期より売却益が減少するも、賃貸収益の増加が寄与し、前期比0.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,550円となる見通し。 続く第23期（平成29年5月期）1口当たり分配金は10,560円となる見通し。
