大和証券オフィス投資法人（DOI）が、大阪に保有するオフィスビルを売却する。売却する物件は、大阪市営地下鉄心斎橋駅より徒歩3分にある、昭和61年竣工のオフィスビル。DOIが平成7年に取得した。売却額は33.2億円。売却先は東京建物。売却損13.7億円が発生するが、4月1日に売却した「Daiwa渋谷道玄坂ビル」の売却益17億円との相殺によって、差引き3.2億円の売却益が発生する見込み。これに伴い第21期（平成28年5月期）業績予想を修正。期中に取得する「日廣ビル」及び「キリン日本橋ビル」の賃貸収益及び物件売却益が寄与し、1月に公表した業績予想に対し6.9％増益を見込む。物件売却益の一部を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は10,200円となる見通し。
