大和証券オフィス投資法人が、都内のオフィスビル2棟を取得する。1棟は、地下鉄茅場町駅より徒歩4分に位置する、平成11年竣工、7階建のオフィスビル。取得額は81.8億円。売主であるキリンビールマーケティング(株)と10年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結する。もう1棟は、JR新宿駅より徒歩4分に位置する、平成3年竣工、11階建のオフィスビル。取得額は137.1億円。取得時点のテナントは7社、稼働率は99.4％予定。今回の取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
