大和証券オフィス投資法人が、第19期（平成27年5月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、「グラスシティ渋谷」等オフィスビル6棟を取得する一方、「Daiwa日本橋本町ビル」等5棟を売却。これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益240百万円が寄与し、前期比10.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,142円となった。期末のポートフォリオは47棟、資産規模（取得額計）は4,132億円、有利子負債比率は44.3％。第20期（平成27年11月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、「リバーゲート」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなるが、新規物件の賃貸収益や既存物件のフリーレント解消等により、前期比12.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が9.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は9,350円と前期を2.3％上回る見通し。続く第21期（平成28年5月期）は、賃貸事業費用や投資口発行費用の減少等により、前期予想比4.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,750円となる見通し。
