大和証券オフィス投資法人が第18期（平成26年11月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、麻布グリーンテラス等、オフィスビル2棟を取得。これにより前期比20.7％増益。投資口数が11.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は8,256円と前期を8.3％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは46棟、資産規模（取得価格計）は3,875億円、有利子負債比率は40.2％。第19期（平成27年5月期）は、コンセプト青山等、オフィスビル4棟を取得する一方、Daiwa日本橋本町ビル等3棟を売却予定。これによる売却益が発生するが、期中に他の保有物件の売却損計上を想定しているため、相殺して売却益約2億円計上し、前期比6.7％増益を見込む。47百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は8,700円と前期を5.4％上回る見通し。続く第20期（平成27年11月期）は、前期の売却益がなくなる一方、稼働率の上昇及びフリーレントの終了等により、前期予想比2.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,000円となる見通し。
