大和証券オフィス投資法人が、オフィスビル2棟取得、3棟売却を発表した。取得する物件は、地下鉄銀座線外苑前駅より徒歩4分に位置する、平成13年竣工7階建のオフィスビル。3月取得予定時点のテナントは4社、稼働率は85.9％想定。もう1棟はJR渋谷駅より徒歩11分に位置する、平成13年竣工9階建のオフィスビル。3月取得予定時点のテナントは1社、稼働率は100％想定。2棟の取得額は計146億円。一方、売却する物件は、中央区及び江東区に保有するオフィスビル3棟。3棟の売却額は計155億円。3棟の売却代金を取得予定2棟の取得資金に充当する。これらに伴い、第19期（平成27年5月期）に賃貸収益の増加及び売却益を見込むが、今後他の保有物件の売却損計上を想定しているため、予想分配金の修正はなし。
