大和証券オフィス投資法人が第17期（平成26年5月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、インテグラルタワーを取得する一方、Daiwa渋谷SSビルを売却した。前期に取得した3棟の通期稼働等により、前期比1.9％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,621円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は43％。第18期（平成26年11月期）は、投資口の追加発行により約204億円を調達し、オフィスビル2棟を取得。これにより前期比14.3％増益を見込む。投資口数が11.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,820円と前期を2.6％上回る見通し。続く第19期（平成27年5月期）は、前期取得2棟の賃貸収益や既存物件のフリーレント終了が寄与し、前期予想比6.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,328円となる見通し。
