大和証券オフィス投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。大和証券オフィス投資法人の公募増資は2007年7月以来7年ぶりとなる。発行口数は41,092口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,110口。これにより発行後の投資口数は11.4％増の441,000口となる予定。調達額は約214億円を見込み、併せて発表したオフィスビル2棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、港区南麻布にある麻布グリーンテラスと大阪市中央区にある北浜グランドビル。2棟の取得額は計234.8億円。これにより2棟取得後の資産規模は6.4％増の3,875億円となる。これらに伴い、第18期（平成26年11月期）業績予想修正、第19期（平成27年5月期）業績予想を発表した。第18期は、上記2棟の他前期に取得したインテグラルタワーの通期稼働を反映し、前回予想比15％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は7,820円と3.3％上回る見通し。続く第19期は、前期予想比6.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,328円となる見通し。
