大和証券オフィス投資法人がオフィスビルの取得及び売却を発表した。取得する物件は、JR中央線荻窪駅より徒歩3分にある、平成5年竣工18階建のオフィスビル。取得額152.2億円。取得時のテナントは10社、稼働率は96.8％想定。一方、売却する物件は、JR山手線渋谷区駅より徒歩3分にある、昭和52年竣工のオフィスビル。売却額38億円。売却先は東京建物。今回の取得及び売却に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
