大和証券オフィス投資法人が第16期（平成25年11月期）決算を発表した。第16期は、都内のオフィスビル3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比14.3%増益、1口当たり実績分配金は7,478円となった。第17期（平成26年5月期）は、前期取得した物件の通期稼働等により前期比0.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,540円となる見通し。続く第18期（平成26年11月期）1口当たり分配金は7,570円となる見通し。
