大和証券オフィス投資法人が第15期（平成25年5月期）決算を発表した。第15期は、4棟の取得（うち1棟は追加取得）を行った。これに伴う賃貸収入の増加、修繕費や支払利息の減少等により、前期比9.3%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,542円となった。併せて、港区のオフィスビルを取得することを発表。物件は地下鉄赤坂駅より徒歩2分にある、平成2年竣工のオフィスビル。取得額は92億円。これに伴い、第16期（平成25年11月期）は、取得済のトウセン道玄坂第二ビルと併せ2棟の賃貸収益、既存物件のフリーレント終了に伴う収益寄与等により、前期比10%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,200円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成26年5月期）は、水光熱費の減少等により前期予想比1.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は7,300円となる見通し。
