大和証券オフィス投資法人が第14期(平成24年11月期)決算を発表した。第14期はウエストパーク大崎を取得。賃貸収益が増加する一方、リファイナンスに伴い支払利息が減少。これにより前期比17%増益、1口当たり分配金は5,986円となった。第15期(平成25年5月期)は、オフィスビル3棟を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加及び支払利息の減少を見込み4.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,250円となる見通し。続く第16期(平成25年11月期)は前期取得分の通期稼働及び既存物件の稼働率上昇による増収を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,550円となる見通し。
