大和証券オフィス投資法人が第13期(平成24年5月期)決算を発表した。第13期はオフィスビル1棟及び底地の追加取得を行った。既存物件のテナント退去により前期比2.3%減収となるも、支払利息及び融資手数料の減少により14%増益、1口当たり分配金は5,107円となった。第14期(平成24年11月期)は、賃貸収入の減少及び固都税の増加を見込むも、リファイナンスに伴う支払利息等の減少により7.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は5,500円となる見通し。続く第15期(平成25年5月期)1口当たり分配金も5,500円となる見通し。
