大和証券オフィス投資法人が第12期(平成23年11月期)決算を発表した。第12期はオフィスビル1棟を取得。借入金の無担保化に伴う費用が発生するも、新規取得による賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比21%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,464円となった。第13期(平成24年5月期)は、保有物件の主要テナント退去により前期比4.4%減収を見込むが、金融コストの減少により8.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,850円となる見通し。第14期(平成24年11月期)は、引き続き減収を見込む一方、金融コストの減少により前期予想比10%増益、1口当たり分配金は5,350円となる見通し。
