大和証券オフィス投資法人が第11期（平成23年5月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、オフィスビル2棟を取得。これに伴う賃貸収益が寄与し、震災に伴う損失134百万円を計上するも、前期比13%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,671円となった。第12期（平成23年11月期）は、E・スペースタワー（240億円）を取得。借入金の無担保化を予定し一時的にファイナンスコストの増加を見込むが、賃貸収入の増加により前期比11%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,100円となる見通し。続く第13期（平成24年5月期）は既存物件のテナント退去に伴い減収を予想するが、ファイナンスコストの減少により18%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,850円となる見通し。
