大和証券オフィス投資法人が第10期(平成22年11月期)決算を発表した。第10期は、オフィスビル2棟を取得するも、既存物件のテナント退去に伴う減収により、前期比38%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,240円となった。第11期(平成23年5月期)は、新規テナントのフリーレント終了により賃貸収入の回復を見込み、前期比1.2%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,280円となる見通し。続く第12期(平成23年11月期)は営業費用及び営業外費用の減少により、前期予想比9.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は3,600円となる見通し。
