DAオフィス投資法人が第9期（平成22年5月期）決算を発表した。第9期はオフィスビル1棟を取得するも、新宿マインズタワーの主要テナント退去による賃貸収入減少等により前期比23%減益、1口当たり実績分配金は5,246円となった。第10期（平成22年11月期）は、オフィスビル1棟を取得予定。一時73.3%まで下落した新宿マインズタワーの稼働率は現在81.4%まで回復しているものの、フリーレント期間の設定や賃料減額等により39%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,176円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成23年5月期）1口当たり分配金は3,180円となる見通し。なお、スポンサーが大和証券グループに交代したことを受け、8月20日に開催される投資主総会を経て、投資法人名称を「大和証券オフィス投資法人」に変更予定。
