DAオフィス投資法人が第9期（平成22年5月期）業績予想を修正した。保有する新宿マインズタワーの冷水熱交換器を保有者である新宿南エネルギーサービス(株)より無償で取得する。これに伴う受贈益255百万円を第9期（平成22年5月期）に特別利益として計上することにより、業績予想を修正した。従来予想比16%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,528円となる見通し。
