DAオフィス投資法人が第8期(平成21年11月期)決算を発表した。第8期は物件の売買はなし。既存物件の賃貸収入減及び前期の特別利益がなくなったこと等により、前期比14%減益、また新スポンサーとなった大和証券グループを割当先とする第三者割当増資に伴い投資口数が15%増、これにより1口当たり分配金は6,847円と、前期を25%下回った。第9期(平成22年5月期)は、テナント退去及び賃料減額に伴う賃貸収入の減少により前期比43%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,903円となる見通し。続く第10期(平成22年11月期)1口当たり分配金は2,843円となる見通し。
