DAオフィス投資法人が第7期（平成21年5月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、物件取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなるため前期比66%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,179円となった。第8期（平成21年11月期）は、賃貸収入減により5.6%減収、賃貸費用の増加及び支払利息の増加により24%減益。また新スポンサーである大和証券グループを割当先とする第三者割当増資により投資口数が15%増加、これに伴い1口当たり分配金は6,009円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成22年5月期）は、ポートフォリオ全体の賃貸面積の6.38%を占めるテナントが平成22年1月末に退去する。2月以降この部分の稼働がないと仮定した場合30%減益、1口当たり分配金は4,154円となる見通し。
