DAオフィス投資法人（DAO）の資産運用会社であるダヴィンチ・セレクトの全株式を大和証券グループ本社（大和証券G）が取得する。これに伴いDAOのスポンサーがダヴィンチ・ホールディングス（DH）から大和証券Gへ交代し、資産運用会社名称も大和リアル・エステート・アセット・マネジメントへ変更となる。大和証券GはREIT事業に進出することで新たなビジネスモデルを構築する方向。 また併せてDAOは大和証券Gを割当先とする第三者割当増資を行う。発行口数は51,893口、1口当たり発行価額は192,705円。大和証券Gは約100億円を払い込み、DHの子会社であるコロンブスに次いで主要投資主第2位となる。 これに伴い第8期（平成21年11月期）業績予想を修正。投資口数15%増加により、1口当たり分配金は6,009円となる見通し。
