DAオフィス投資法人が第6期(平成20年11月期)決算を発表した。第6期は3棟売却を行った。賃貸収入が減少及び固都税が増加する一方、物件売却益69億円が寄与し、前期比136%増益。第三者割当増資により投資口数が67%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は27,165円と前期を上回った。第三者割当増資及び物件売却により、期末の有利子負債比率は、前期末50%から20%へ大幅低下した。第7期(平成21年5月期)は、このまま推移すると前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、69%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,328円となる見通し。続く第8期(平成21年11月期)1口当たり分配金は7,400円となる見通し。
