DAオフィス投資法人が第5期（平成20年5月期）決算を発表した。第5期はオフィスビル2棟を売却。賃貸収入及び物件売却益により前期比20%増収なるも、支払利息や融資手数料の増加により9.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,277円となった。第6期（平成20年11月期）は、2棟売却を予定。物件売却益25.7億円が寄与し24%増益を見込む。一方、スポンサーであるダヴィンチ・アドバイザーズの子会社へ第三者割当増資を実施し投資口数が67%増により、1口当たり分配金は14,232円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成21年5月期）は、物件売却益がなくなるため34%減益、1口当たり分配金は9,372円となる見通し。
