DAオフィス投資法人が第4期（平成19年11月期）決算を発表した。第4期はオフィスビル5棟取得及び4棟売却を行った。賃貸収益増と物件売却益19億円が寄与し前期比48%増益となる一方、投資口数105%増により、1口当たり分配金は21,245円と前期を下回った。第5期（平成20年5月期）は、2棟売却を予定。賃貸収益は増加するも、物件売却益の減少、支払利息増等により、前期比10%減益、1口当たり分配金は19,013円となる見通し。さらにこのまま推移すれば、第6期（平成20年11月期）は売却益減及び固都税等の費用増により、1口当たり分配金は14,706円となる見通し。
