DAオフィス投資法人が、一部保有している新宿マインズタワーの共有持分を追加取得する。DAOは、7月に共有持分(7分の3)を、651億円で取得済み。今回も共有持分(7分の3)を、前回と同じ売り主(オリジネーターのダヴィンチ・アドバイザーズのSPC)より687億円で取得する。これによりDAOの共有持分割合は7分の6となる。なお、前回と今回の差額36億円は、賃料増額改定及び新規テナント賃料の内部成長を反映したことに拠る。
