DAオフィス投資法人が第3期（平成19年5月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、オフィスビル1棟取得及び4棟売却を行った。売却益1,070百万円が寄与し、前期比45%増益、1口当たり分配金は29,374円となった。この金額は、J-REITの実績分配金としては最高値。 第4期（平成19年11月期）は、既に3棟取得及び4棟売却を実施済み。売却益約20億円と新規物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比37.6%増益。投資口数が105%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は19,716円となる見通し。このまま推移すれば、第5期（平成20年5月期）は、売却益がなくなるため、34%減益、1口当たり分配金は13,022円となる見通し。
