DAオフィス投資法人が第3期(平成19年5月期)業績予想を修正した。平成18年11月に発表した従来業績予想に対し24%増益、1口当たり分配金は28,999円となる見通し。J-REITで初の25,000円を超える分配金となる。 増益要因は収益の増加及び経費の削減効果であるが、特に経常利益の増加率が高い点から、後者が主要な要因となっている。
