DAオフィス投資法人の資産運用会社であるダヴィンチ・セレクトが、金融庁より業務停止命令及び業務改善命令の処分を受けた。業務停止命令は、3ヶ月間新たな資産運用委託契約の締結禁止。但し、DAオフィス投資法人の運用については業務停止の対象でないため、同投資法人への影響はない。業務改善命令は、法令遵守態勢の充実・強化及び再発防止策・責任の所在の明確化を図り、業務改善計画を書面にて提出及び実行すること。
