ダヴィンチ・セレクトが行政処分勧告を受ける

DAオフィス投資法人の資産運用会社であるダヴィンチ・セレクトが、証券取引等監視委員会より善管注意義務違反に対する行政処分の勧告を受けた。具体的には、保有物件5棟について、鑑定業者へ適切な資料を提示しなかったこと及び鑑定業者の鑑定評価内容を確認しなかったこと。またそのうち2棟については鑑定価格と再計算の価格に差額が生じ（うち1棟は売却済み）、過大に評価された鑑定価格をもとに物件を取得したこと。 ダヴィンチ・セレクトでは、今後の体制を再構築するとしている。 近く金融庁は行政処分を発表する方向。
