DAオフィス投資法人(DAO)が、保有するオフィスビル1棟を売却することを発表した。DAOの物件売却は初。 これに伴い、12月に発表した第2期(平成18年11月期)の業績予想を修正した。3月に取得した2棟及び5月に取得した4棟の通期稼働、さらに上記売却に伴う収益4.8億円を見込み、従来予想比23%の増益。1口当たり分配金は14,012円となる見通し。
