DAオフィス投資法人がオフィスビル4棟を取得することを発表した。4棟の取得額は計130億円。これによってファンド全体の資産規模は取得額ベースで1,108億円となる。 これに伴い、昨年12月に修正した第1期(平成18年5月期)業績予想をさらに上方修正した。従来予想比18%の増収、1口当たり分配金は14,514円となる見通し。
