DAオフィス投資法人が第1期決算と第2期・第3期業績予想を公表した。第1期は今年5月17日の業績修正を更に10％近く上回り1口あたり分配金は15,901円となった。 ファンドは上場時の800億円規模から、全てスポンサーのダヴィンチ・アドバイザーズ社の私募ファンドより300億円以上の追加取得をおこなったため、第1期末で1000億円を超えている。第2期は6月に行った物件売却益が寄与（1口当たり分配金に換算すると4800円程度）するため、増収・増益を予想している。上場決算期にあたる第1期は実質運用日数223日の変則決算期間で第2期より通常の6ケ月決算となる。
