DAオフィス投資法人は、オフィスビル3棟（合計155億円）を7月31日に取得予定であることを公表した。売主はスポンサーのダヴィンチ・アドバイザーズが設立したSPC。昭和30年代から40年代に竣工した建物であり平均築年数が3棟で40年を超える。一方で平成17年度までに耐震補強を含めた大規模改修工事済みであり、資産運用会社は安定的な収益を期待できる物件としている。
