積水ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第24期（平成29年9月期）決算を発表した。 第24期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与するも、前期の売却益がなくなったことや固都税の増加により、前期比0.3％減益。1口当たり分配金は2,255円と、内部留保を行った前期に対し0.9％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは113物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,069億円、有利子負債比率は50.3％と前期と変動なし。 第25期（平成30年3月期）は、繁忙期による更新料の増加から前期比増収を見込む一方、管理費や修繕費の増加等により、前期比1.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は2,230円となる見通し。 第26期（平成30年9月期）は、非繁忙期による減収から、前期予想比1.3％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,200円となる見通し。
