積水ハウス・SI レジデンシャル投資法人が、第22期（平成28年9月期）決算を発表した。 第22期は「プライムメゾン初台」等4物件を取得する一方、「b-town南青山」等2物件（1物件は土地一部）を売却。これにより賃貸収益は増加したが、物件売却益の減少、管理費及び固都税の増加により、前期比0.8％減益。物件売却益の一部を内部留保するも、1口当たり分配金は2,145円と前期を0.9％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは111物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,991億円、有利子負債比率は53.4％。 第23期（平成29年3月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「プライムメゾン白金高輪」等2物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加や資産運用報酬の引下げが寄与し、前期比9.9％増益。投資口数が8.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,180円と前期を1.6％上回る見通し。 第24期（平成29年9月期）は、固都税の増加等により前期予想比0.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,170円となる見通し。
