積水ハウス・SI レジデンシャル投資法人（SHSI）が、商業施設を売却する。 売却する物件は、港区南青山にある、平成18年竣工、3階建の商業施設。直近期末の鑑定価格11.7億円に対し、売却額は15.6億円と有利な条件で売却に至る。簿価との差額は64百万円となり、売却益3百万円が発生するが、内部留保とする予定。 SHSIは平成26年6月にレジデンス特化型へ変更し、保有する商業施設は売却する方針を示していた。今回の売却により、商業施設は浜松プラザの1棟のみとなるが、時期を見て売却を検討する。
