積水ハウス・SI レジデンシャル投資法人が、第20期（平成27年9月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、レジデンス4棟を取得する一方、商業施設2件（うち1件は底地一部）を売却。これにより賃貸収入は増加するが、物件売却益の減少や固都税の増加等により、前期比4％減益。物件売却益のうち49百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,122円と前期を2.9％下回った。期末のポートフォリオは110棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,910億円、有利子負債比率は51.5％。第21期（平成28年3月期）は、レジデンス1棟を取得。これにより賃貸収入は増加する一方、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため前期比2.3％減益を見込むが、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は2,120円と、前期と同水準となる見通し。
