積水ハウス・SI レジデンシャル投資法人が第19期（平成27年3月期）決算を発表した。第19期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス9棟を取得する一方、商業施設「b-town神宮前Ⅱ」を売却。これによる賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益152百万円が寄与し、前期比18％増益。物件売却益のうち77百万円を内部留保とし、投資口数が11％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,185円と前期を2.5％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは107棟、資産規模（取得価格計）は1,887億円、有利子負債比率は51.1％。第20期（平成27年9月期）は、レジデンス3棟を取得する一方、「りんくう羽倉崎プラザ」の底地一部を売却。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するが、物件売却益の減少、固都税の増加等により、前期比4.8％減益を見込む。物件売却益のうち34百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,120円と前期を3％下回る見通し。
